State Theatre Parking
The Larry C. Hardy Parking Garage at 303 E. State St. is just a short block from the State Theatre, making it a great place to park when you’re headed to the State. Or grab a metered space near the theater — you’ll find three-hour meters on Front and State streets.
Metered parking is free Monday through Saturday before 8 am and after 6 pm, and on Sundays and holidays.
Bijou Parking
The best place to park for trips to the Bijou is in the Sara Hardy Farmers Market parking lot. Look for the 10 hour meters adjacent to Grandview Parkway or the four-hour meters on both sides of the island, and use the tunnel to cross under the Parkway.

Our agreement with the City of Traverse City specifies that Bijou guests are not allowed to park in the Duncan L. Clinch Marina lot.
